I can do...

I remember my former boss saying to me one time in a casual conversation that she could do anything for 3 months. I now use that same concept every morning when I workout only I say to myself, I can do anything for 5 minutes, I set the machine at 60 minutes then when I get to a point were I think I can't go anymore I tell myself ..I am not a quitter, I can do anything for 5 minutes, then say it again for the next 5 minutes and so on. A simple conversation along time ago. Who knew?

Remebering Rachel

A few snapshots of Rachel at family gatherings.... I can't remember a time when she did not give a hug. I know with all my heart her story is not done, her legacy of love will continue to reach the hearts of the lost because of what she believed and how she lived her life.

Marbled orb weaver spider

This is a marbled orb weaver spider. I took the first 2 not so good pictures at Madaline Bertrand County Park and then googled when we got home and found the better picture of the bunch. I had never seen one before today and don't care if I ever see one again.
